I have dated the most prefect guy you can have for the past two years now, but I just can't be with him anymore. I want to finish school and discover life by myself but I don't know how to say that to him with out it sounding like a sucky reason. I love him so much and hurting him is the very last thing I want to do but I'm only 21 and haven't been single for longer than one month since tenth grade. Just tell him that you have never really had the time to get to know yourself, and you need some time away from him. Tell him that you have not been single since 10th grade, and you are afraid that if you never at least get out there for a while, you will regret it after you have been married. ..i was in almost the identical situation on the receiving end of this and i am not dealing with it well. i don't f*cking get it. you girls say you love us but can't be with us. it doesn't make sense why not!? what is it with girls and wanting to be single just for the sake of being single? what if you lose the guy that was meant for you and never find one that is the equivalent of him or better than him again? please answer my questions..i really want to figure this out about girls..
